Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in the required size or is different from what you ordered, you can initiate the exchange process within 2 days of receiving the order. You can also email us at .....@abc.com, and we will be happy to assist with the exchange process.

Key Points:

• Your exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The returned item must reach us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you, and should be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

We do not provide refunds on any items sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

The following product categories are non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage at the time of delivery:

• Any type of customized orders (e.g., specific color, size, design, etc.)

To be eligible for a successful exchange:

• Only those items with manufacturing defects or that are completely different from what was ordered will be accepted for exchange.
• The product must be returned with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag, and complete packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
